I know I keep referring to it as a "rehearsal dinner" despite the fact that we didn't have to rehearse anything (though in retrospect I think it would've been nice if we could have). But, I knew I wanted to have a dinner the night before for all the family, something for the groom's family to throw and more casual and laid back. So, I put Danny's sister in charge (also one of my bridesmaids) with these details: Friday evening, nothing fussy, somewhere in North Dallas area, and if I had to pick, I like Italian food. With just that to go on, she found some nice options, and her top choice ended up just happening to be perhaps my favorite local restaurant in my hometown. What a coincidence! and it went off so nicely with good food and good service (though I do admit, I felt bad for the lone waitress that had to serve the entire crew). And perhaps best of all, Danny's sister took some really great pictures of everyone there! truly a photo miracle for me and my un-photogenic family ... and so, of course, I wanted to post all of them! :)
